VILLA RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

To secure your reservation:

50% deposit is required and must be received within 14 days. The balance paid 60 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy:

• 61 days or more prior to arrival date – 20% cancellation fee
• 46-60 days prior to arrival date – 50% cancellation fee
• 45 days or less prior to arrival dates – 100% cancellation fee

All cancellations must be received in writing – email is acceptable but please ensure you obtain a confirmation. In the event of a cancellation and if we are able to re-book your exact rental dates a cancellation fee of 20% is still charged. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Alternatively, we are happy to credit you for a future booking taken within one year. Our ability to re-book cancelled dates will be influenced by the amount of notice we receive, the time of year, and the demand from other vacationers. You may wish to obtain trip cancellation insurance, available through your travel professional.
